The Adansi North District Health Directorate has organized a meeting to review performances of the health facilities in the District for the year 2023 today, at the Amoanima Dede II hall, Fomena.
The Director for the Directorate, Mr Eric Atuahene stressed how important the review exercise is, because it would help the Directorate and Staff in improving on strategies to mitigate their weaknesses and build on their strengths to ensure quality health service is rendered to the people of the District and beyond.
The District Co ordinating Director, Mr Okrah Thomas Kwame who chaired the meeting, called on the staff of the Health Services to continually do their bid in improving healthcare in the District emphasizing that, health and security should be prioritized by all to live a safe life.
Presentations were made by all 3 sub Districts on their performances on Maternal, Expanded Program on Immunisation, Reproductive for Child Health (RCH) and General Clinicals.
The Principal for Fomena Nursing and Midwifery College, Mediacl Superintendent for Fomena Hospital and the Ashanti Deputy Human Resource Manager all made presentations from their various outfits as well giving technical advise to the health officers.
