Hon. Andrew Amoako Asiamah is a Ghanaian politician and member of parliament representing the Fomena constituency in the Ashanti region of Ghana. He was born on January 2, 1973, and attended the SDA Senior High School in Kumasi. He furthered his education at the University of Education, Winneba, where he earned a Bachelor of Education degree in Science.
Asiamah is a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and was elected to parliament on the party’s ticket in the 2020 general elections. He has also served as the Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports in Ghana.
Before venturing into politics, Asiamah was a teacher and a sports commentator. He has worked with several media houses in Ghana, including Kessben FM, Otec FM, and Angel FM.
Asiamah is known for his passion for sports development in Ghana and has received several awards for his contribution to sports.
