Child protection program at Nintin by the Social Welfare and Community Development Dept

The Department of Social Welfare and Community Development in June, 2022 embarked on a sensitization spree to conscientize children under age of 16 to desist from engaging themselves in Community mining.
This action was imperative as the proliferation of Community mining in various communities in the District inhibited children from going to school
