Partnering with Adansi Rural Bank, the Department of Social Welfare and Community Development has successfully enrolled targeted vulnerable households onto the e-zwich biometric payment platform. Enrolled households would benefit from the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) programme. These households are scheduled to receive institutional cash grants every two months (bi-monthly) for a fixed intervention period of four (4) years.
